"We were very apprehensive about having a carer at home, being usually very independent people.
The lead personnel were so helpful on the telephone and very reassuring, and it was more than replicated by the lovely, cheerful, hardworking carer assigned to us. She is a delight; we are so lucky to have this help.
We take this sort of thing for granted, but we should celebrate this care-at-home service".
