Skills/Qualifications:

  • A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference.

  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour.

  • Some experience working for a Domiciliary / Home Care Agency (preferred).

  • Ideally NVQ/QCF level 2 / 3 in Health & Social Care (depending on the role).

  • Organised and a good eye for detail.

  • Being a team player and a people person.
